Here at VapeWild, we know that you expect only the best from our products and our service, and we want to get your eliquids to you in short order! 

We build and ship orders Monday through Friday; our goal is to ship your order within 24 hours of your placing it on these days. Orders placed in the afternoon on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

VapeWild does not ship packages during any of the National Bank Holidays of Ireland. All orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day. Although we strive to maintain these guidelines, inevitably, there are times that order volume, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from shipping your package according to this guideline, though we will make every effort to do so.

Order confirmations and tracking details are sent to the email address on your account. If you have not received an order confirmation within 15 minutes of placing your order, please remember to check your junk/spam folder.

Also, please ensure that you provide us with a valid email address, free from accidental misspellings. You can review the spelling of your email address in the My Account section of our website. If you are already logged into your account, you can find it directly in the Your Account Details section. Please contact Customer Service, should you encounter any issues with your account.

All shipping is done via our network of local couriers, depending on the option you choose. VapeWild will provide tracking information via email when your order ships.  Please note that although tracking numbers may be provided for your shipment, not all shipments continue to track real-time once they are passed on to final carriers. This is based strictly on the tracking capabilities of your local post carrier but will typically update after the shipment is delivered.  Currently, we use An Post for all orders in Ireland and Royal Mail and FedEx for orders outside of Ireland.

The delivery times stated above are estimates and start on the first full business day that the service provider has possession of the shipment.  

Stated delivery times refer solely to the transit time with the courier - it does not, however, define the amount of time it will take for us to process your order at our facility. Although we do process all orders as quickly as possible, please do not expect to receive your order within 24hrs / 48hrs of placing it.  

Click + Collect

Click + Collect is a service offered by VapeWild to local customers. You can buy online and collect through our distribution centre in Dublin, Ireland.

The Click + Collect service is available Monday through Friday between 10:30 am and 3:00 pm. Orders must be placed by 2 pm to pick up same day. Any orders made after 2:00 pm Monday - Thursday will be available to collect the next working day.  Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be available for collection on the next working day. Please note that VapeWild is closed on all Bank Holidays.

Once your order has been fulfilled, we will send you an email and SMS notifying you that your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pickup.

To pick up, simply visit our distribution centre at 292 Ballyfermot Road, BallyFermot, Dublin 10 and present a valid form of ID showing the name in which the order was made.

Orders must be collected within two business days. On the third business day, uncollected orders will be cancelled and refunded.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
